Alcohol, drug and mental health prevention information, referral resources, technical assistance and advocacy for the public and providers. Facilitates community development and leadership in prevention planning on the local and regional level. The center's purpose is to help direct any interested person, group or organization to prevention services and providers in their area.

Provides administrative supervision and administers state and federal funding for the operation of mental health, alcohol and drug services within a 16-county area of southeast Nebraska.
