Provides education, resources and support to pregnant and postpartum women. Services include:

- Health education, health screenings and referrals

- Referrals to other health care or local community services

- Help in arranging for delivery

- Referrals for family planning and infant health care

- Oral health screenings, fluoride varnish applications and dental referrals

- Assistance with applying for Medicaid

- Social assessment and referrals
