Eligibility
Open to those who qualify to receive federal LIHEAP benefits, total household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, and a current water crisis must be present
Required documents
Photo ID, Social Security cards for all household members, a copy of the most recent water bill, and proof of all household members' gross income for the past 3 months or past calendar year
