Provides a variety of support groups for adult and teens living with symptoms or a diagnosis of a mental health condition. Also provides a family support group for individuals who have a loved one living with a mental health condition.

Support group offered include:

- Connections Group (adult group available in English and Spanish).

- Family Support (adult group available in English and Spanish).

- BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) Support Group (adult group).

- LGBTQ+ Support Group (adult group).

- Teen Support Group.
