NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Iowa can link people to virtual support groups around the state. These groups meet via Zoom and are free to join. The Connections groups are for those living with a mental illness and the Family Support groups are for those supporting a loved one with mental illness. Individuals must sign up for access to the support groups.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) provides educational programs, support resources, and advocacy for family members, friends, and individuals affected by or living with mental illness.
