- Adult program - Open to anyone who receives Medicaid, with diagnosis of serious mental health, major depression, PTSD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, etc. - Pediatric program - Open to anyone who receives Medicaid or are Medicaid eligible and diagnosed with a mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that results in impairment in everyday functioning
