Provides food to anyone in need.

Food Delivery available to those that cannot afford groceries and to those that cannot leave their house to access food resources. Call Resources Unite's main phone number to set up a food delivery. Deliveries made by Dubuque Area Labor Harvest.

Persons in need of food may call and leave a message, and the members responding to the call may access local food pantries and deliver the food to the person in need or direct the person to other available resources.

Offers a food pantry. Also operates the Commodities Supplemental Food Program.

Monthly food packages for income eligible individuals 60 years and older. Clinics are held in Grand Island, Loup City, Columbus, and O'Neill. Contact CNCAP office for information on clinic dates for each location.

Food bank distributes food to hungry people through a network of more than 900 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, youth and senior centers, and other food assistance sites. The Food Bank acquires donated food directly from manufacturers and retail stores.

Clayton County Food Shelf provides food to those in need. Items available include boxed and canned food, diabetic food items, and baby items (when available) including diapers, formula, and baby food. There are usually have some perishable items on hand including: milk, bread, fresh produce in season, ground beef, venison, and eggs. Use of the pantry is limited to once a month; this may vary depending on circumstances. Home delivery is possible when necessary; call for information. The pantry is also available by appointment early mornings, late evenings, and weekends (call for an appointment). This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.

Sharing Table is a food pantry delivery service that is offered to those who are unable to travel to a food pantry, due to mobility or medical issues. Sharing Table runs through the partnership between the HOPE Center, Wesley Foundation, and United Way.

Orders must be placed by Friday to receive a delivery Wednesday night. Limited spots available each week.

The food pantry is open only on Tuesdays 1pm-5pm. Provides food and personal grooming supplies for people in need. Donations of food and grooming supplies appreciated. This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs. Provides non-perishable food items and donated fresh produce, when available, once every 30 days. Diapers and formula also offered, when available.

Anyone that would like to have the food pantry deliver to their home, can call ahead for a food delivery. This is only available for those in Polk County. No delivery on weekends, but a pick up time can be set up if needed. Call 515-518-4770 for further assistance.

Child care food program; a federal program administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture through the Nebraska Dept. of Education.

Promotes healthy meals to children in family and childcare homes. Reimburses child care providers for serving nutritious qualifying meals/snacks to children in their home child care through age 12.

Family Service offers training, monitoring, help in meal planning and filing reimbursement for childcare providers.

Offers food and other material goods to area non-profit organizations, who then distribute these goods to their clients in need. Agencies that do not have scheduled pickup times should contact the administrator.

State-funded program, which works to improve the health of elderly people (age 60 and over) by supplementing their diets with nutritious foods.

Commodities are delivered (beginning in January) every other month to the Victory Park Center, (second Wednesday), Northeast Senior Center (second Tuesday), and the Asian Senior Center (second Wednesday).
