Food pantry available for individuals and families struggling with food insecurity.

The pantry offers non-perishable items as well as frozen meats. The Market offers perishable refrigerated items such as dairy products, meat, pre-made salads, and pre-packaged items as well as fresh produce, and breads/bakery items.

The Family Pantry offers hygiene items, diapers/pullups, wipes, toilet paper, soaps and cleaners, etc.

Traveling food pantries deliver nutritious food directly to individuals. Working with local community groups and network partners, trucks deliver meat, produce, nonperishable food, and other products to communities where hunger needs surpass the capacity of current food pantry resources.

Agency distribution network includes non-profit agency partners in 16 counties that support efforts to distribute food in Southeast Nebraska. Nonprofit partners cover all segments of the community - food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, residential treatment centers, and senior and youth programs; partnerships help distribute safe food and household/personal care items as effectively as possible.

Mobile pantries are a distribution in which a Food Bank truck delivers food at no charge to children, families and seniors. Volunteers pitch in to distribute supplies to families. There are mobile pantries at 4 different Lincoln sites each week and 25 sites throughout Southeast Nebraska.

To-go meals are provided to qualified individuals. The meal must meet 1/3 of the daily recommended dietary needs of adults 60 and over, including the requirements of the Older Americans Act and state and local laws.

Client Choice Food Market (Lincoln) and food baskets (Auburn).
