Provides services for those who have become homeless due to domestic abuse or sexual abuse. It is the first point of contact individuals need to contact who are in need of shelter services. It will provide guidance to anyone experiencing homelessness to the correct support and housing programs most appropriate to their situation.

Shelter House

Offers a program designed to shorten the period of time that people experience homelessness and to increase housing placement and retention. Financial assistance is available to help with rental deposit and monthly rent payments for eligible individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Individuals work with a case manger to help them maintain or increase their income, and access mainstream resources, with a goal of housing stability after the program ends.

Offers a 30 day stay. Space is limited, single women share a room, family rooms are available to accommodate families. 

Offered when available toiletries and other daily essentials such as diapers laundry detergent, hygiene products and food items.

Warming Shelter - Overnight Shelter

- Overnight Shelter: Cot assigned in the day shelter. Check-in is from 7:30 pm to 9 pm daily.

- Showers/Laundry: Available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm, as long as clients are able to safely use the facilities.

- Warehouse Access: Available on Tuesdays and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm.

Additional Services:

- Sleeping Accommodations are provided in the day shelter.

- Day Shelter Restroom Use: Accessible to clients at all times.

- To-Go Breakfast: Provided to clients daily.

- Water: Available to clients at all times.

- During cold weather contingency, individuals who are assigned to Tier 1 may remain indoors but are confined to the day shelter and may not access services that they are not eligible for. Cold weather contingency goes into effect when it is 10 degrees or less.
