Provides an access point for the community's homeless response system. Individuals and families who are at imminent risk of homelessness (with no house, apartment, etc. to stay tonight) will complete an assessment and receive help to find housing options.

Supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the process of accessing housing services. This is not a guarantee of immediate housing, but a critical first step toward potential assistance.

Eligible clients complete a standardized need and risk assessment, which places them on a housing prioritization list. Housing programs review this list and select clients as space and funding become available. Placement and timing depend on program availability, eligibility criteria, and prioritization factors.

Assists special populations with housing-related issues including accepting energy-assistance applications.

Second chance tenancy assists renters on options to repair history and create housing options through "good faith" efforts in tenant history repair and "safety net advocacy".

Coordinated Entry services for homeless individuals and families.

The Hope Harbor Shelter will not take in single men without children.

Offers a single point of entry to homeless persons (on streets or in shelters) as well as homeless youth, veterans and survivors of domestic violence. Individuals are assessed for permanent housing and a housing plan is developed.
