Client advocacy is available to help support individuals through crisis, such as assistance in applying for Department of Health and Human Services economic assistance programs, finding a new place to live, or for emotional support and talking through options.

Legal advocacy provides assistance with filing domestic violence and harassment protection orders, legal referrals, help in finding legal representation, and court accompaniment.

Medical advocacy offers referrals and accompaniment as needed.

Bilingual advocacy provides immigration information for victims of domestic violence or sexual assault. To reach a Spanish-speaking advocate, contact the Spanish line or stop in at the Crete office to speak with a Spanish-speaking advocate.

Information and referrals provided regarding assistance outside of Hope Crisis Center.

Provides a residential healing and recovery program for survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation to receive safe housing, counseling, life and work skills development. Offers up to twelve months of safe housing with around the clock care as clients progress through evidence-based, trauma-informed programming. Program is designed to help residents recognize their goals in life, and to assist them in reaching those goals, and facilitate healing.

Support related to domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24 hours crisis line, emergency shelter, emergency transportation, and crisis intervention.

Safe and confidential housing unit located in the Quad City area. It provides emergency housing, individual and group counseling, as well as legal and medical advocacy. At time of intake, clients receive emergency food and clothing. In addition, the staff can provide assistance with rent and deposit in the search to find permanent affordable housing. Offers safe housing opportunities for women in domestic violence, human trafficking, addiction situations, codependency healing, and addiction rehab. Open ended shelter program for women in crisis. Offers classes, bible studies, job search assistance, and help in locating an apartment and furnishing it.

Also provides Christ-centered individual counseling (online and in person), and a faith-based addiction class.
