Staff assists residents in developing essential daily living skills, such as cooking, shopping, housekeeping, and money management, medication training and self-management of their conditions, and interpersonal and behavior management skills. Each resident has their own bedroom and share common areas.
Supervised Apartment Living - provides a high level of supervision with staff being on site 24 hours/day and are delivered to individuals according to their specific needs. Staff provide daily living and life skills training, medication monitoring and training, case coordination, supportive counseling, skills training and education, behavior management skills, and community integration activities.
Supported Living Services - provide intermittent onsite support during the day and evening hours and may be provided in Bridgeway owned apartments or in the consumer’s own home. Staff provide daily living and life skills training, medication monitoring and training, and community integration activities.
