People who apply to live in Mosaic housing do not have to receive other services from Mosaic and may receive services from other providers. Full-Time community Living Services: Group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities in the Decatur area, for four to eight people, with full-time daily support staff.
Intermittent Community Integrated Living Services: Assists people who live independently in the community, whether with family or in their own homes or apartments.
CILA assists clients with:
- Medical appointments/medication review.
- Money management.
- Social skills/leisure activities.
- Grocery shopping and other nutrition needs.
- Laundry assistance.
- Housekeeping training.
- Personal shopping.
- Transportation.
- Counseling.
- Community Orientation.

Support is provided as necessary to meet the individual's needs and to assist them in being a participant in their community.
