In addition, non-food items such as diapers, formula, hygiene products, and cleaning products may be available. The supply given is based on need and size of the family. In-home deliveries can be arranged. Donations and volunteers are welcome.

Offers household goods and furniture vouchers for items such as household goods, mattresses, kitchen/dining room tables (to meet family size), couches, living room chairs, and lamps if there is no other overhead lighting in unit. Dressers, TV, TV stands, curtains, kitchen appliances.

Vouchers can be used at the Retail Store.

On site services include a food, toiletry, and cleaning item pantry, a clothing closet and access to computers, wi-fi and printers. Referrals can be made to other agencies if needs cannot immediately be met. The center also offers continuing education programs.

The Country Store has clothing (baby, children's, school, maternity, adult, plus size, winter, formal wear, shoes), household goods, small kitchen appliances, bedding/linen, bed frames, office supplies, tools, and walkers/wheelchairs, etc. at moderate prices. Availability of items depends on what has been donated. The County Store accepts vouchers (for clothing and household goods) issued by local agencies. In times of community or personal disaster (fire, flood, tornado, chemical spill, etc.) in Howard County, may provide clothing and blankets free of charge. Donations accepted during store hours and volunteer opportunities available.

Funds may be available for assistance with heating bills including gas, electricity, wood, fuel oil, propane; also in some cases disconnection bills.
