Provides one ride per week to any registered Champaign County resident for medical appointments, financial errands, grocery shopping, or personal errands. Two rides may be provided for those receiving dialysis or other physician ordered therapies.

Rides must be scheduled two days in advance.

Provides transportation for people whose condition or disability prevents them from using the Metropolitan Transit Authority fixed-route buses.
Volunteer opportunities for individuals for the benefit of frail older persons with special needs. Matches volunteers with a frail older person. The volunteer can then provide such assistance as companionship, respite for a caregiver, escort and transportation, shopping assistance, letter writing, reading, or other chores which the older person is in need of and the volunteer is capable and willing to provide.

Provides professional and personalized non-emergency medical transport for the elderly and disabled in the Greater Des Moines Metro.

Medical includes doctor's appointments, non-emergency hospital visits, hospital discharge, dialysis, physical therapy and stroke rehabilitation, pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation, and dental appointments.

Non-Medical includes long-distance trips, airports, train or bus stations, special and family events, sports events, and more.

- Drop in program, luncheons, holiday parties, exercise classes, and computer classes.

- Lawn Mowing and Snow Shoveling Program: Senior and disabled residents with standard yard size may qualify for the lawn-mowing and snow removal.

- Ride in Kane: Eligible residents are offered subsidized curb-to-curb transportation available all day and night, year-round.

Shared-ride, public transportation program service for individuals with disabilities who are unable to independently use the fixed route bus service either all the time, temporarily, or only under certain circumstances. Trips are available for any purpose, such as medical appointments, traveling to work or school, shopping, and social outings.
ABCM Healthy Living Home Care offers non-medical personal care and companionship, handyman services, and incidental local transportation services to individuals who wish to remain living independently in their homes, but may require some assistance with daily tasks.

Operates 15 bus routes and a downtown trolley route on a pulse system with buses departing the downtown Transit Center at 15 and 45 minutes past each hour.

Also provides the Operation Uplift door-to-door paratransit service for individuals who are unable to use the fixed route bus system due to a disability. Paratransit is available during the same days/hours as the fixed route bus system but operates on a demand responsive basis.

Provides curb to curb transportation within Rochelle including to the senior center, for shopping or to work, and for medical and other types of appointments.

Call at least 24 hours in advance, but will try to accommodate on shorter notice, For travel outside of Rochelle, call the Rock River Center (800-541-5479) or the Lee Ogle Transportation System (LOTS) (888-239-9228).

Provides medical appointment transportation for seniors. Other transportation needs are not covered at this time. Transportation is available for trips both within the county and also into surrounding areas outside of the county.
