Using an evidence-based poverty alleviation curriculum, individuals attend an 8-10 week long Getting Ahead class in a cohort of 12-14 people meeting once or twice per week, followed by Life Skill Coaching with certified coaches for as long as needed.

Individuals identify resources, tools, and skills needed to remove barriers to success in their lives. Participants, aka "Investigators", investigate the root causes of poverty and how to make changes needed in their lives toward stability and self-sufficiency, through learning soft skills, SMART goal setting, building assets, decreasing debts, increasing salary and wages, learning and discussing hidden rules of economic classes, learning emotional regulation, and much more.

Offers educational courses which are free to the public. Each month a different topic is explored. Vouchers to ATLAS's Christmas Store or School Supply drives may be earned by attendees for active participation.

Courses offered may vary and may cover topics such as:

- Public Speaking

- Setting Boundaries

- Learning to Budget

- Grief Recovery

- Life Skills for Teens

- Parenting

Provides financial tools for active duty and retired servicemembers, military families, veterans, and civilians in the military community.

Provides financial literacy workshops to help families and individuals achieve stability and secure homeownership. Can also help, when funding is available, with back rent and overdue mortgage payments. Services include credit building, debt reduction coaching, homeownership/homebuyer education, access to income support services (emergency rent and mortgage help when funding available), employment coaching/career services, and financial education and coaching.

Offers financial management course developed for families in low-income situations. Clients receive support with basic, technical financial management skills, financial practices and systems.
