Provides a free medical clinic for anyone who are uninsured and under insured. Services include illness/minor injury care, well child exams, school/sport physicals, employment physicals, lead testing, patient assistance program enrollment, transportation, chronic disease management, diabetes/blood glucose testing, and high blood pressure testing.

Provides health care and specialty health care services, including ambulatory and extended care and geriatric rehabilitation services.

Offers a comprehensive mental health center that provides outpatient individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Services may also include psychiatric services, care coordination and medication assistance. Outreach programs include Integrated Health and Support Community Living programs.

Provides a walk-in care clinic and pharmacy. Offering treatment for conditions such as respiratory illness, sore throat, earaches, eye or skin infections, flu-like illness, stomachaches, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle strains, STI concerns, UTI concerns, etc. 

Provides a fully accredited 532-bed hospital that offers a wide range of patient care services with strengths in cardiac care, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, rehabilitation, behavioral health, general surgery, trauma care and senior services.

Health center for care of acute and chronic illness. Transportation available for appointments at the clinic. Services can include breast exams and pap smears, cholesterol screening, diabetes management, immunizations, flu, and pneumonia shots, infant checkups, pregnancy testing, physicals for school, sports, and work, and sexually transmitted disease tests and treatment.

Provides health care and specialty health care services, including mental health care. Can also provide family and internal medicine services.
