Services include home care services and home care nursing, health care programs for women and children, prenatal care, general physicals, immunizations, blood pressure screenings, diabetes screenings, mental health administration, early childhood development, and environmental health services. Also provides information on communicable diseases.

Additional support includes homemaker assistance for families experiencing disruptions due to illness, disability, or other challenges, and personal care services to assist with hygiene, mobility, household tasks, and nutritional needs for individuals such as elderly people, people with disabilities, or recently discharged hospital patients.

Provides community services like screening clinics for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, breast and cervical cancer programs, food clinics (foot screenings and care), disease investigation, Stop the Bleed Training, public education programs, resource navigation. and expanded services for families with children. Also provides information regarding communicable diseases.

Offers the following programs for expectant parents and new parents: HOPES Program, 1st Five, Early Head Start and the Maternal Child Health program.

Immunizations for children, adolescents, and adults along with the flu vaccine.

Provides public health nursing services. Services include adult health maintenance services for medically needy individuals, home health aides, personal care, homemaker services, adult immunizations, foot care clinics, and communicable disease follow-up.

Works to prevent disease, promote health, and prolong life among the population as a whole. Services include immunizations, communicable disease information, and environmental health hazards information.

Offers immunizations, vaccines, family case management, pregnancy testing services, county school nursing, vision and hearing screenings, high-risk infant and maternal home visits, childhood lead poisoning prevention, Kid Care enrollment.

Offers home care, public health, immunizations, mental health administration, early childhood development, and environmental health services.

Provides information on communicable diseases, routine general physical examinations to assess overall health and detect abnormalities, and birth control services to help individuals prevent conception.

Also offers prenatal care to ensure the health and well-being of pregnant individuals and their developing children through risk assessment, routine checkups, prenatal testing, and guidance on pregnancy-related concerns.

Provides sexually transmitted disease testing, treatment, and education.

Offers public health programs and services, including bioterrorism and county disaster preparedness. Also provides information general education, tobacco prevention, lead poisoning screening, general immunizations and communicable disease control.

Free Hepatitis testing for past or present IV drug users, free Hepatitis A and B vaccine for past or present IV drug user, and individuals that have been told; they have a sexually transmitted disease, and provides sexually transmitted disease screening.

Services include, follow-up on reportable communicable disease, tuberculosis prevention including testing, treatment, education, and counseling, sexually transmitted disease surveillance and investigation, referral for other services as needed.

Investigates and tracks all infectious diseases that are identified in the Communicable Disease Codes of the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Confidential HIV and STI/STD testing and counseling is offered to at-risk people.
