Taylor County Public Health

Offers pregnancy testing services to determine pregnancy through laboratory procedures or home-use devices, prenatal education, and new baby home visits. 

Provides child passenger safety seat inspections, offering guidance on selecting appropriate car seats based on a child's height and weight, correct installation, and proper use. Also provides child passenger safety seats, including booster seats for older children. 

Additionally, supports the health and development of infants and toddlers through well-baby care services, which may include health screenings and immunizations. 

Services are available to Union County residents through the Union County Matura Community Action Agency Office at (641) 782-8431.
