Offers confidential testing and treatment for anyone, regardless of where they live, specializing in sexually transmitted diseases.

Health care for all ages, including obstetrical, pediatrics, geriatrics, general medical care, women's health, reproductive health, prenatal, obstetrics and gynecology, and radiology/ultrasound.

Blood testing for lead.

HIV testing and counseling.

Tuberculosis prevention and case management.

Immunizations for children and adults, including flu vaccines. COVID vaccines available in office or at home.

Screening and treatment for cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cholesterol, and depression.

Routine services such as pap smears, school physicals, prenatal visits, well baby exams, physicals and other routine healthcare procedures. Follow-up visits for patients with diabetes, elevated blood lead levels, hypertension, behavioral health concerns, and other on-going health problems are also routine activities at the clinic.

Health education is integrated into each patient's visit. Nutrition, disease prevention and management are taught to patients individually and in groups. Educational follow-up, care coordination, management and peer education, including care for sexually transmitted diseases, latent tuberculosis, high lead levels, prenatal care, and care for chronic diseases (asthma, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and depression).

Specialist referrals for services not available at the clinic are made for all patients. Appointments for patients without insurance and/or limited income are made through Hope Medical Outreach Coalition volunteer physicians and facilities.

HIV counseling and testing.

Provides public health services to Winneshiek County residents and will make referrals as needed. Services include health education, CPR, Stop the Bleed training, childhood/adolescent/adult immunizations, testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections and rapid HIV testing, blood pressure checks, and much more.

Offers sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing and treatment, HIV counseling and testing, communicable disease reporting and investigating, immunizations (including flu shots) for children and adults, Tuberculosis (TB) screening and treatment, and international travel information.

Offers HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, & Chlamydia testing to all individuals. We offer testing by appointment or walk-ins during select hours.

Serves three meals daily, including a hot lunch.

Offers community-wide giveaways of proteins, fresh fruit, and vegetables.

Provides a drive-thru food pantry once a month.

Offers clothing (when available) or provides referrals to local clothing assistance options.

Provides confidential services to all women of childbearing age, including pap exams, birth control supplies and emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, and testing and treatment of STIs.

Reproductive health services for men and women at low or no cost. Includes pelvic exam, pap smear, and cervical cancer screening; teaching of breast self exam; sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment; pregnancy testing and preconception counseling; HIV testing; birth control and education counseling; and basic infertility evaluation and counseling.

Offers in-clinic testing, diagnosis, counseling, and medications for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and HIV. Services are confidential, and the results of tests for STIs can be given over the phone. HIV rapid tests provide results of screening within 20 minutes. Provides free educational talks on STIs, HIV/AIDS, and other related subjects.
