Provides affordable primary health care. Services offered but not limited to sexually transmitted infection screenings, sports participation physical exams, pregnancy testing, diabetes management clinics, and general immunizations.

- Baby supplies.

- Parenting classes.

Family Planning services include:

-- Education and counseling directed toward health promotion and disease prevention

-- Breast cancer screening

-- Sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia according to the Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines

Blood pressure, weight, height, urine, hematocrit and pregnancy tests are available, if needed.

Sexual health services include testing, counseling, and treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV. Provides immunizations for STDs. Also tests for pregnancy. Will offer referral services as needed.

Offers free or low cost mammograms available for eligible women. Walk-in appointments are available.

Obstetrical services/OB Services. Midwifery services are also offered.

Family planning offers examinations of women's reproductive systems, pregnancy testing, information and testing for sexually transmitted diseases are available.

Provides health care services to those in need. Services include sick care, chronic disease management, preventive care services, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), physical exams, vaccinations, sexual health services, STI testing and treatment, wellness checkups, work physicals, laboratory and diagnostic testing, referrals for mammograms and other specialty care.

Offers lab testing including:
- Screening for TB, STIs, HIV, and Hepatitis-C
- Blood pressure and blood sugar testing
- Pregnancy testing
- Drug testing
- Childhood lead poisoning screening

Provides consultation, follow-up, and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs).

Educational presentations on STD awareness and prevention can be arranged.

HIV Counseling and Testing: Trained nurses provide confidential counseling and blood testing. Educational programs concerning AIDS are available to schools, organizations, and local businesses.

PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) medication for persons at risk for HIV.

Provides the following services

- Free on-site pregnancy testing.
- On-site limited obstetrical ultrasound services.
- STI/ STD testing.
- Parenting education (HOPE program).
- Support to pregnant woman whose unborn baby has been diagnosed with an adverse or terminal condition and wish to carry to term (Willow Story program).

Provides free confidential HIV counseling and testing for at-risk individuals aged 12 years and older, with rapid testing devices delivering results in 15 minutes. STD testing and tuberculosis screening, including chest x-rays and skin tests to detect tuberculosis infections, are also available on-site.
