Provides direct care, pharmacy, contract care health services (CHS), and dental care services, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases of the teeth and gums.

Provides all dental care including surgery and emergencies. Those eligible may apply for state or county papers through General Assistance.

Dental Clinic:

Provides a full range of dental services for local youth, including:

-- Exams (twice per year)

-- Cleanings

-- Fluoride treatments

-- Sealants

-- Repair of decayed teeth

-- Fillings

-- Some root canals

-- Stainless steel crowns

-- Space maintainers

School Dental Sealant Program:

Conducts visits to all public schools in the area served to provide school dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.

Pediatrics, including well child, physicals (school, sports and camp), immunizations, acute care

OB/GYN services, such as pap smears, breast and cervical cancer screening, etc.

Free health care services include medical, dental, dermatology, physical therapy, chiropractic, mental health, vision, hearing, and spiritual care. Specialty Clinics services such as allergy and asthma, orthopedic and diabetic services by referral only. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Offers dental services through Logan County Department of Public Health. Services include, exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns (for children only).

Provides wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, and a variety of dental inpatient procedures.

Dental inpatient procedures include:

-- Craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction

-- Pediatric cleft lip and palate surgery

-- Pediatric craniomaxillofacial surgery

-- Corrective jaw surgery

-- Salivary gland tumor surgery

-- Reconstructive bone grafting

Provide comprehensive dental services to anyone in need. Services cover a range of different dental issues including cleaning, root canals, extractions, bridges and crowns.

Provides the following services: home health care (skilled nursing, home care aids, homemakers), immunizations, dental services,, lead poisoning prevention, physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Additionally, the program provides communicable disease information and control.

Provides dental screenings, fluoride varnishes, dental cleanings, sealant, oral health education, presumptive care for low-income families who may qualify for Medicaid or hawk-I, care coordination to help ensure dental access, and partnership with local medical and dental providers.
