Offers skilled nursing services in the comfort of your own home and assisted living facility. Services include medication management, including set-up and training including use of Electronic Medication Dispenser, injection services, including diabetics, up to four times daily, home exercise and mobility programs, wound monitoring, care, and dressing changes, ostomy care and training, wellness monitoring, diabetes care and education, cardiac/respiratory management and care planning, and home safety assessment.
