Services include home care, health care programs for women and children, immunizations, mental health administration, early childhood development, and health promotion activities such as Matter of Balance, a fall prevention program, and Prevent T2, a diabetes prevention program. Routine general physical examinations are available to assess overall health and detect abnormalities, with a focus on prevention and screening. Homemaker assistance is provided to families experiencing disruptions due to illness, disability, or other challenges, offering support with household activities such as meal preparation, child care, and light housekeeping. Resources include food pantries, SNAP and WIC offices, senior food resources, school and summer meal sites, farmers markets, and grocery stores. Offers a variety of health and nutrition education programs for the community, including the expanded food and nutrition education program. Services may also include the supplemental nutrition assistance education program (SNAP-Ed) for low-income families.

Certified nurse practitioners provide a wide variety of health care services to diagnose and treat men, women and adolescents, including: adult physical exams, behavioral health consultations, pregnancy testing and family planning, well woman exams, STD testing, HIV testing, TB screening and treatment and smoking cessation. The team also provides treatment for chronic health conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease and asthma.

Lifestyle change programs teach participants to live well with chronic diseases and make lasting lifestyle changes, like eating healthier, adding physical activity into their daily routine, and improving coping skills.

- BSCC hosts monthly entertainment and informative programs followed by a refreshment/lunch and social period.

Offers a Medical Assistance Program (MAP), driving services for individuals needing to get to medical appointments, lock box installations (secure emergency access into homes), and smoke and CO detector checks/installations/battery replacements through the Batavia Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).

- MAP: Payment assistance for prescription medication co-pays and deductibles, annual stipend for dental services and hearing aid battery replacements.

Offers comprehensive health services and education, focusing on HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and testing, alongside overdose prevention with Nasal Narcan, and the distribution and training for Fentanyl and Xylazine test strips. Also offers blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings, Risk Reduction Counseling with safer sex supplies, and Harm Reduction Counseling with safer use supplies. Additionally, the program provides Covid home test kits, face masks, hand sanitizers, hygiene kits, and referrals to improve quality of life and curb the spread of HIV and other communicable diseases.

The Family Resource Center provides a culturally welcoming environment where families and individuals can gather to develop personal, educational, and family skills.

Through the Family Strengthening Program, families learn about resources and positive ways to integrate into a new culture, overcome barriers and make informed decisions about their future.

Offers programming online to educate the community. Webinars focus on medical aspects of the conditions Marfan cover as well as quality of life issues. Webinars are free, but require registration. Recordings of past webinars are on Marfan's YouTube Channel.
