Provides a fun, engaging environment to teach life skills and community integration for adults with disabling conditions or special needs.

Provides disability services, including intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, daily and hourly home-based habilitation and support community living, day habilitation, and supported employment.

Provides community based services to individuals with developmental, intellectual, or severe mental illnesses. The program focuses on goal-oriented, individualized and accessible support to improve self-sufficiency so that people can achieve recovery outcomes, personal growth and decreased need for costly institutional care. Services can include building living skills and learning how to navigate the community and services that are needed. 

Provides support and training through vocational, residential, and day services to persons with developmental disabilities and/or related conditions.

Provides an outside home day program, that’s focus is on goal and support related activities (i.e. social skills, communication skills and/or behavior management).
