Free health care services include medical, dental, dermatology, physical therapy, chiropractic, mental health, vision, hearing, and spiritual care. Specialty Clinics services such as allergy and asthma, orthopedic and diabetic services by referral only. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Provides free health services, diagnostic testing, pap smears and breast exams. Bring a list of your current medications, limited prescription assistance. Physical Therapy is offered when volunteers are available. In order to be seen by physical therapy, you will first need to be seen by one of our medical providers and then be referred.

The Winnebago Public Health Department offers a Chiropractic Clinic to benefit the entire community. Specializes in the treatment of acute pain, chronic pain, auto accidents, personal injuries, and sports injuries.

Provides medical and dental clinics serving low-income, uninsured residents. Services provided include care for illness and injury, medication assistance, flu immunizations, TB screening, smoking cessation, women's health, mammograms, wellness check, lab services, chiropractic, physical therapy, health planning, vision, and dental services.
