- Recommending management approaches for emotional symptoms and physician coordination.

Provides home visits 1-2 times a month to do medication set-up, health assessments, blood draws for lab tests and other health interventions.

Also offers the Lifeline personal emergency response system units to individuals and families. The Medical Alert Button provides access to trained care specialists 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year.

Offers home care, public health, immunizations, mental health administration, early childhood development, and environmental health services.

Provides information on communicable diseases, routine general physical examinations to assess overall health and detect abnormalities, and birth control services to help individuals prevent conception.

Also offers prenatal care to ensure the health and well-being of pregnant individuals and their developing children through risk assessment, routine checkups, prenatal testing, and guidance on pregnancy-related concerns.
