Services provided include care for illness and injury, medication assistance, flu immunizations, TB screening, smoking cessation, women's health, mammograms, wellness check, lab services, chiropractic, physical therapy, health planning, vision, and dental services.

Offers wellness services that include, foot care clinic (toenail trimmings, callous filing, location application) (members only), diabetic shoe clinic, Silver Fox Fitness, Wellness room/exercise room, blood pressure readings, chair massages (members only), and Chair Yoga.
