Free, 4-week program designed to help unemployed women find employment or pursue educational opportunities. A new cohort begins each month, and up to 10 women are accepted for each session. Participants receive training and one-on-one coaching as they develop a cover letter and resume, strengthen their interview skills, seek employment or education, create a workable budget, navigate community resources, build self-confidence, develop relationships with other women, and learn how to manage stress.

Combines classroom job training from Work Life, Faith and Finances class, and 30-90 days of paid, part-time employment with job support and coaching as participants search for long-term employment.
