Provides a centralized state-wide call center that responds to inquiries about the Food Assistance, FIP (Family Investment Program) or Medicaid program. REPORT CHANGES: the Call Center also takes recipient changes, lets the Income Maintenance Worker (caseworker) know what the change are, and instructs the recipient if any verification is required.
