Home care services including companionship, meal preparation, dressing, bathing, transportation, medication reminders, and housekeeping.

Available as needed for less than an hour up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Offers support and personal care services to the elderly and less-advantaged community members in their own homes. Non-medical services include but are not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, assisting with errands, providing companionship and assisting with personal hygiene. Also offers non-medical respite care for children.

- Home Health Aide: Provides individuals an opportunity to maintain safety and independence in their home environments, delaying or preventing the need for transitions into a higher level of care such as a skilled nursing facility.

- Parenting Support: Offers home visits, educational opportunities, and community referrals so parents are empowered to maintain self-sufficient, healthy, and happy families.

- Shelter Nursing: Nurses visit homeless clients at shelters, crisis centers, and through outreach on the streets. Provides health screening, assessment, and referrals with the intent to ensure individuals and families residing in shelters have access to comprehensive health, community, educational and social services.

- Flu and Immunization Program: Provides immunizations clinics in the community, corporate sites, senior living centers, and drive through in Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and surrounding communities.

- School Health: Provides health screening and assessment, referral, and follow-up; immunization compliance; physical and vision exam compliance (kindergarten, seventh grade, and new students); development of student health and emergency plans; communicable disease control; handling of sudden illness and injury; training of first responder teams and those giving medications; and health policy development.

Provides staff who will help provide information, training and/or assistance to youth with significant disabilities, post high school, and individuals with disabilities living in nursing facilities with attention to deflection of people with significant disabilities at risk of entering institutions, so they may remain living in the community.

Helps veterans navigate funding opportunities for in-home care services, including applying for the Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance benefit.

Aid and Attendance offers veterans and surviving spouses help with daily tasks in the home or assisted living. Veterans must have served at least 90 days during a period of war. If approved for the VA Aid and Attendance benefit, clients may choose any agency to provide the services, they are not obligated to choose this agency.

Service covered include help with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and housekeeping.

Companion care services including meal preparation, grocery or shopping, transportation to appointments or church, errand assistance, reading, social media interaction, etc.

Personal care services including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, mobility, medication reminders, etc.

Home care services, including light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, meal preparation, etc.

Care coordination advocacy program to create doctor appointments, collaborate with families, help transitions, health care portfolios, etc.

Home health coordination to hospice, home health, etc.

Medicaid Waiver approved - works with ENOA, VA, and League of Human Dignity.

Provides ambulation assistance, bathing and showering, continence care and toileting, skin and hair care, dressing, feeding, nursing services such as medication set-up, glucose monitoring, wound care, and taking vitals.

- Provides services to individuals who need assistance with daily living.

- Provides training for individuals needing help with managing personal assistants.

- Maintains a Personal Assistant (PA) Referral List.

Home care services including nursing, rehabilitative therapies, psychiatric nursing services, home health aides, meal preparation, errands and grocery shopping, household assistance, and respite care.

Also offers home provider care services, including companionship, light housekeeping, and assistance with activities of daily living to help you safely stay independent at home.

Provide in-home services to help seniors and individuals with short- and long-term disabilities stay in their own homes. Some services include:

- Alzheimer's and Dementia care.

Personal Assistants can assist with routine functions of daily living. This may include, but is not limited to:

- Dressing.

- Grooming.

- Bathing.

- Toileting.

- Transfers.

- Meal preparation.

- Shopping.

- Transportation.

- Light housekeeping.

The Personal Assistant (PA) Program offers management skills training to persons with disabilities, including but not limited to:

- How to find, interview and properly train a PA.

- How to be a more effective employer.

- On-going support with managing a PA.

Personal Assistants who go through the orientation program could be put on a referral list. LCCIL tries to match the skills of the Personal Assistant to the individual needs of the Consumer. The Consumer trains their own Personal Assistant in the way they want the job done.

Non-medical in home care services including medication reminders, bathing, toileting, dressing, homecare-light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and companion care for socialization and engagement.

Offers public health services to the Keokuk County communities. Services include home care services and home care nursing, health care programs for women and children, prenatal care, general physicals, immunizations, blood pressure screenings, diabetes screenings, mental health administration, early childhood development, and environmental health services. Also provides information on communicable diseases.

Additional support includes homemaker assistance for families experiencing disruptions due to illness, disability, or other challenges, and personal care services to assist with hygiene, mobility, household tasks, and nutritional needs for individuals such as elderly people, people with disabilities, or recently discharged hospital patients.

Professional medical care designed to support individuals recovering from illness or surgery, managing chronic conditions, or needing additional medical support. Home Health typically includes skilled nursing, therapy (physical, occupational, or speech), or assistance with person care tasks such as bathing or dressing.

Specialized care services may include IV therapy, nutritional support, or wound care.

The primary goals of Home Health are to promote and maintain independence, improve health outcomes, and enhance the quality of life by providing care in the comfort and familiarity of client's own homes.

Provides personal care, housekeeping services and respite care services.
