Senior services include setting up and administering medications, monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar, nursing care, personal care, and companionship.

Private duty nursing

Provides staff who will help provide information, training and/or assistance to youth with significant disabilities, post high school, and individuals with disabilities living in nursing facilities with attention to deflection of people with significant disabilities at risk of entering institutions, so they may remain living in the community.

Helps in the home with non-medical needs, including assistance with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.), meal preparation, shopping, errands, laundry, housework, and/or companionship.

Home care services including companionship, meal preparation, dressing, bathing, transportation, medication reminders, and housekeeping.

Available as needed for less than an hour up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Personal Assistants can assist with routine functions of daily living. This may include, but is not limited to:

The Personal Assistant (PA) Program offers management skills training to persons with disabilities, including but not limited to:

- How to find, interview and properly train a PA.

- How to be a more effective employer.

- On-going support with managing a PA.

Personal Assistants who go through the orientation program could be put on a referral list. LCCIL tries to match the skills of the Personal Assistant to the individual needs of the Consumer. The Consumer trains their own Personal Assistant in the way they want the job done.

Provides non-medical, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Also offers a list of private pay individuals that have had a background check who will also assist with these activities.

Activities include:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Shopping needs, errands, and medical appointments within the county
- Housework, laundry, and preparing meals

Professional medical care designed to support individuals recovering from illness or surgery, managing chronic conditions, or needing additional medical support. Home Health typically includes skilled nursing, therapy (physical, occupational, or speech), or assistance with person care tasks such as bathing or dressing.

Specialized care services may include IV therapy, nutritional support, or wound care.

The primary goals of Home Health are to promote and maintain independence, improve health outcomes, and enhance the quality of life by providing care in the comfort and familiarity of client's own homes.

Offers home health care services. Will make home visits. Immunizations for communicable diseases for all age persons, health promotion and education. Also home care nursing, personal home care aide with limited homemaking services.

Provides non-medical in-home care including companion care, transportation, housekeeping assistance, meal preparation, dressing and grooming assistance, medication reminders, and continence care for older adults.

Provides standby support with morning and evening routines for patients/clients.

Services include bathing and showering assistance, personal appearance care, assistance with dressing, personal hygiene assistance, transfer and walking assistance, and assistance with restroom use.

Additional services encompass bathing, dressing, hygiene, companionship, engaging in activities, exercising, running errands such as picking up prescriptions, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and accompaniment to outings and appointments.

Caregiver training programs are available to enhance caregiving skills, focusing on areas such as medication management, personal care, home safety, stress management, and self-care. These programs may include caregiver assessments, individualized plans, goal setting, and ongoing support routines. In-home respite care is also provided for dependent children, offering temporary relief for caregivers by ensuring care is delivered in the child's home environment.

Additionally, caregiver and care receiver support groups are available, providing opportunities for mutual support, sharing resources, and addressing the well-being of both caregivers and care receivers. These groups may meet in-person, by telephone, or online, and are structured to ensure both caregivers and care receivers can participate in a supportive environment.

In-home caregivers provide a range of services, including assistance with personal care, bathing, bill preparation, changing bed linens, cleaning dishes, companionship/respite care, general homemaking, grooming, laundry, letter writing, mail review, meal preparation and cleanup, medication reminders, organizing living space and closets, reading reminders, scheduling appointments, shopping, taking out garbage, transportation, and errands.
