Services include help locating a doctor or dentist, finding health care coverage -Title XIX or Hawk-i, reminders for child/children medical and dental checkups, making doctor appointments, help to find community resources, health education and support, oral health services, help with payments for physical and dental exams, blood lead testing, immunizations 0-6 years, 7-18 years and adult immunizations.
