Information and referrals are provided as well as parenting materials and skills classes. This is a private, non-profit organization. This is an affiliate of the National Foster Parents Association.

Provides accurate information on adoption, and lifelong support, so the family is successful in meeting the child's best interest by offering the following services and resources:

Provides free and confidential pregnancy counseling for families, every step of the way; before, during, and after the birth of the child.

Assistance with making an adoption plan or parenting plan.

Parenting education.

Support and education for baby's father on request.

Home studies for prospective adoptive parents.

Newborn care home for baby as a safe haven.

Services include providing shelter, food, clothing, case management, and classes (parenting, money management, job preparation, etc.).

Provides support and education programming for children up to age 3, as well as current and expecting parents.

Programs include:

- Home visits

- Developmental screening

- Early childhood information and activities

- Parents and teen parents support groups

- Assisted resource and referral

- Parental information and support

- Playgroups

- Toy and book lending library

- Individualized family service plan

- Parenting education classes

Provides programs for families involved in the child welfare system or in crisis that need encouragement while they change their lives. Services include advocacy, mentoring, mediation, alternative counseling, workshops, outreach and 3rd party visits.

Offers the Bridges Motherhood Group and TIES Fatherhood Group. These programs provide mentoring and education for new and expectant parents. Participants can earn points to use in the WCC market towards infant and maternity supplies when available.
