Project IOWA

Provides personalized support from a dedicated career coach for individuals who use the DMARC-ket Pantry or Urbandale Food Pantry. The program is designed to help with employment, self-care, wellness, and access to essential resources, at no cost. Gift card incentives are offered to participants.

Services include one-on-one coaching to help with employment and stability, resume development, job search, and interview practice, stress management and wellness tools, and connections to resources for health, housing, childcare, and other basic needs.

Bryan Mental Health Services

Psychologists and therapists with specialized training work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Offers treatment for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjusting to life changes and many other areas including the shock, anger, grief, and other emotions than can accompany a medical diagnosis or chronic health condition (health psychology).

Outpatient services offered includes psychological evaluation; individual therapy; transitional services from inpatient and partial hospitalization; cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia; and specialty surgery evaluations such as bariatric surgery evaluations.
