AUTISM YOUTH HOME RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM | BALANCE AUTISM

Offers an 8-bed duplex in Altoona, which is home to children with autism who need intensive supervision and support. Staffed 24 hours a day as a licensed, Intermediate Care Facility for people with intellectual disabilities (ICF/ID). Children receive individualized training on basic, social and communication skills. Older children may participate in vocational training.

Residence for non-ambulatory children who are severely and profoundly handicapped.

RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS | MILESTONE

Provides Adult Group Homes.

Each individual actively takes part in the day-to-day activities of cleaning, cooking, shopping, along with a wide variety of recreational activities.

Elmwood Heights: Residential facility for 67 adult individuals who are physically and developmentally disabled as well as medically fragile. A comfortable homelike atmosphere combining highly specialized services with around the clock medical care. Personalized attention and training is provided to help the individual develop daily living skills.

CHILDREN'S GROUP HOME PROGRAM | GOLDIE B. FLOBERG CENTER

Serves children and young adults with developmental disabilities in community integrated, 4 person group homes.

Children receive 24-hour support and supervision. Nursing, physical therapy, psychiatric, and behavior management services are also offered.

Activities for children to participate in include Boy and Girl Scouts, Therapeutic horseback riding, school activities, going to movies, museums, zoos, hopping, and other community activities.
