Offers programs focusing on disease and injury prevention for older adults and caregivers.

Clinic services provide comprehensive foot care, health assessments, health screenings (which include blood pressure, cholesterol/triglycerides, glucose, bone density), ear wax removal, medication, and safety checks to inform participants about personal health risks and the things they can do to lower risks and optimize health.

Health and fitness services offer fitness and health education classes and physical activity programs, conducted for community, church, and social groups. Programs cover the areas of illness and injury prevention, physical activity, nutrition, and mental wellness. Individuals are encouraged to take measures that decrease risk, promote optimum health, and encourage independent living.

Kaleidoscope Cafe Meals are served at 11:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, catered by Hy-Vee - Papillion Shadow Lake. Registration is required by 11 am the day before, and the center can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests during each lunch. Lunches cost $5 per person. Members are also allowed to register a guest of any age to accompany them for the same price.

Cresco Recreation Department offers a facility for people of all ages to participate in walking, swimming, exercise, basketball, volleyball, and other fitness activities. Facility includes a zero-entry swimming pool; a walking-running track that circles exercise equipment; a pair of basketball hoops; a gymnasium and stage; rooms for aerobics, dance, tumbling, wrestling, and other activities; a lower level with a golf driving range; softball and baseball hitting cages; rooms for arts and crafts; other activities for public use.
