Offers free community service rides for individuals with disabilities and anyone who are unable to bike independently on biking trails in Bloomington-Normal Illinois, on a adapted bike/wheelchair.

Serving individuals with disabilities who are unable to successfully participate in regular recreation programs.

Services provided:

- Cultural Arts.

- Special Events.

- Special Interests (educational, outdoor/nature, cooking, social, horticulture, games, self-improvement).

- Sports and Fitness.

Provides employment, training on using smart phones and computers and other technology for anyone who can't see a screen clearly, orientation and mobility services, recreational and cultural programs (including audio description services) adapted for people with limited or no vision.
