Advocates meet with clients where the client is in Boone, Greene, Marshall, Story, and Tama counties. A 24-hour crisis hotline and shelter for victims of domestic violence are also available.

Housing Access offers a multitude of services and programs to assist survivors in gaining permanent housing.

The crisis line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Provides emotional support, individual counseling, support groups and therapy. Offers support and information for significant others, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, children's individual and group counseling, sheltering and housing services, along with general advocacy to help all community systems enhance their response to domestic abuse, sexual abuse or any other violent crime victims.
