Provides information and assistance to caregivers of older adults or disabled adults over 18 years of age through direct service, referrals, and local community educational sessions. Assessment of needs of caregiver and older adult linking individuals to appropriate supportive services and follow up support and advocacy provided. Services include: planning assistance, referrals, training, respite care, support groups and counseling.

This program also assists older adults who are caring for minor children. Most often those are grandparents caring for grandchildren who are under the age of 18 years. This program has limited funding to assist the older adult with purchasing clothing, paying for school events or summer camps.
