Transportation is available for Hampshire and Burlington Township residents; must call ahead with at least 72 hours advance notice.

Social clubs offered in schools across Nebraska connecting students with and without autism. AAP can connect teachers to the training and support needed to start a group.

A drop-in site that provides leisure, social, and recreational activities such as arts and crafts, exercise, workshops and games.

Provides a low vision social and support group offering a friendly, informative environment for individuals with vision loss.

YL Capernaum for youth with disabilities ages 13-21. Meets Thursday evenings at West Hills Church.

Beyond Capernaum for young adults with disabilities ages 22 and older. Meets Tuesday evenings at Lakeside Hills Clubhouse.
Services and information for people with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities and their families.

Year round events, such as holiday parties and dances for participants and families.

Offers to hold monthly social events/activities for membership on Tuesday afternoons which include various activities, bookstore available and bingo.

Hosts exclusive events throughout the year to allow individuals with autism and their families to enjoy local area attractions in a welcoming, non-judgmental, sensory-friendly environment (at no or low cost to the families).
