Offers in-person and telehealth counseling sessions for adults, couples, families, and youth ages 6-17. Limited services are available for group counseling and sessions for children ages 3-5.

Offers providers on site or through telehealth system to address an array of behavioral problems including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, alcohol and drug use for our primary medical patients. The behavioral health providers will work closely with the CHC/SEIA primary care providers who make the referrals to assist patients address their behavioral health concerns.

Specializes in early identification, comprehensive evaluation, and evidence-based treatment in diverse children and families. The SPACE team strives to work with families to create an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to each child or adolescent. 

Individualized treatment programming may include cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused interventions, parent guidance, family therapy, and coordination with schools for school-based interventions.

Counseling Services for Children/Parents/Families in Child Welfare:  Counselors utilize a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to assist people to recover from past traumas and their well-being is enhanced. Assists families in the identifications and solutions so that their strengths are maximized and connections to other support systems are available to them.

Community Counseling offers in-person or telehealth community counseling, which can assist with:

-- Reactions to trauma.

-- Depression.

-- Anxiety.

-- Poor education success for children.

-- Children demonstrating unusual behavior.

-- Marriage conflict.

Offers providers on site or through telehealth system to address an array of behavioral problems including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, alcohol and drug use for our primary medical patients. Services are available for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health needs.

Virtual care options may also be available.
