Provides telehealth individual, couples, and family therapy, mental health evaluations, and psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, behavior problems, relationship problems, personality disorders, and chronic mental illness.

Provides individual and group counseling services for adults as well as independent mental health and psychiatric evaluations through workers' compensation. In person appointments are all done in West Des Moines. However, there is telehealth services in Ames and the wider Iowa community.

IPR services are designed to focus on improving personal capabilities while reducing harmful effects of psychiatric disabilities, resulting in an individual's recovery techniques and the ability to function well within society.

Clients develop high levels of coping skills through self-discovery. Services are provided in natural settings where clients live, learn, work, and socialize.

Some services are offered in cohorts ranging from two to six people in each cohort. The use of cohorts help develop socialization techniques from the viewpoint of others. Each client will be committed to being services for four to ten hours per week for approximately a one-year time frame. Person-to-person services are available.

Individualized Treatment Services includes, comprehensive mental health and substance use assessment, counseling services, crisis stabilization, life skills development, and dual diagnosis services.

Substance use treatment services includes, outpatient treatment services, DUI evaluations and risk education, substance abuse education, substance use counseling, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Psychiatric services include, medication assessment, medication monitoring, psychiatric services available in all Sinnissippi Centers' main office locations.

Offers individual, couples, and family counseling, medication management, Substance use disorders, and domestic violence education.

Offers outpatient mental health services, including therapy, group therapy, employee assistance, medication management, in-school services, evaluations, and 24 hour emergency services.

Offers help with youth to develop positive self-concepts and social-emotional and problem-solving skills, while integrating the child with family treatment components.

Group and individual therapy for teens experiencing significant problems as a result of drug/alcohol use. Multi-family therapy group and individual family therapy sessions as needed.

Includes psychiatric consultation, assessment, and medication management.

Urinalysis drug screening with immediate results.

Offers a number of behavioral health, mental health and substance abuse services that are both trauma focused and strengths based. Services offered place a high emphasis on education, practice, and development of new skills to help individuals achieve goals.

The Clinical Services Program expands beyond the Home’s youth to serve other youth and families in the community. Services open to the public:

- Evaluations – Available for individuals who have been court ordered to receive an initial diagnostic interview or for those who need evaluated for mental health, behavioral health or substance abuse treatment.

- Intensive Outpatient Program – A comprehensive, structured therapy program to help adolescents overcome substance abuse and mental health symptoms.

- Outpatient Program – A treatment plan focusing on increasing strengths and resources to help individuals overcome mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

- Day Reporting – A comprehensive and strengths focused daily program for youth who are struggling in their current environment and are in need of additional structure and activity; located on Omaha Home for Boys campus.

- Family Support – A skill building program for families and youth that helps enhance family functioning in the home and overall functioning in the community.

- Intensive Family Preservation – Directed by a licensed therapist and experienced skill builder, this service offers therapy and skill building for families and youth.

Offers psychiatric services to anyone in need. Services include adult psychiatry, psychiatric medication monitoring, and prescription for psychiatric disorders.

Restores or improves the level of functioning and independence for people experiencing a disabling mental illness.

- Helps each client set a goal based on need and awareness.

- Client chooses a living, working, or social environment goal, and their practitioner will help develop skills to accomplish their goal.
