Offers Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for individuals ages12-17, ADULT PHP, and Adult Substance Use Disorder programming. Clive Behavioral Health's evidence-based partial hospitalization day treatment programs designed specifically for adolescents and adults, respectively, who are experiencing a mental health issue. This structured, 4-hour per day, short-term treatment program can help adolescents and adults work through issues that cause emotional distress, while helping them develop new coping skills to be used at home, school and work. Licensed therapists provide programming, 5-days/week, M-F, 4-hours/day, approx. 4 weeks.
Also offers an Adult Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is Monday thru Thursday, 5p-8p, providing treatment for adult patients with both chemical dependency and emotional issues or recurring disorders. Treatment includes counseling, group therapy, and education. We offer same-day appointments for assessment and evaluation.
