The goal is to keep troubled families together by offering them intense case management, education in parenting, and links to community resources. A caseworker will help the family to develop a short-term, agreed upon plan to make the changes that will help keep the children safe. Services such as counseling, domestic violence prevention, substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, parenting coaching/classes, or housing can be provided.

A consulting psychiatrist is available twice a month for scheduled appointments for persons served by RISE. Staff is also available for medication monitoring and training, and to ensure the physician's orders regarding medication are implemented properly.

Provides psychiatric evaluations, medication education, and medication monitoring.

Offers mental health services to children and adults. Services include mental health assessments and counseling, and Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS). Also provides trauma-informed care with techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). No children under the age of 5 years old.

Counseling services are provided by bachelor's-level staff on an individual basis and address current-day stressors and build coping skills.
