Promotes health and harm reduction at the individual, family and community levels. Services include overdose prevention and Naloxone (Narcan) training, Naloxone distribution, The Stigma Crusher (mobile outreach program), access to clean syringes and supplies. Needle sizes typically 29-30 gauge but may have larger gauges at times.

Offers health services and education, focusing on HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and testing. Also provides overdose prevention with Nasal Narcan, and the distribution and training for Fentanyl and Xylazine test strips. Other services offered include blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings, Risk Reduction Counseling with safer sex supplies, and Harm Reduction Counseling with safer use supplies. 

Offers supportive services to individual dealing with substance abuse disorders. Services include narcan and fentanyl test strips (with training on how to use them), group education (overdose prevention, substance use, and harm reduction), free harm reduction supplies, recovery coaching and support groups, transportation, information and referral for treatment, recovery, and other services.

Offers overdose response training, overdose reversal drug naloxone (aka Revive, Narcan), and drug checking. Also provides resource and personal hygiene kits for individuals, families, emergency departments and first responders.

Registered participants can provide harm reduction supplies to friends and family upon request. This allows anonymity for people who may not be comfortable reaching out directly.

Provides harm reduction and prevention services, including: STI testing, safe sex supplies, syringe exchange, opioid reversal kits, and PrEP enrollment.
