Can also provide information and referral to people seeking services. Offers volunteer opportunities and accept donations from the public in support of local agencies. A Foundation is also available for those wishing to make a perpetual legacy gift to the community.

- Assists individuals, businesses, and other non-profit organizations to establish permanent endowment and temporary funds, through gifts and bequests, within the confines of one large foundation.

- Foundation funds are used to provide grants to non-profit organizations and scholarships to students within the Fox River Valley, including the Greater Aurora Area and the Tri-Cities.

Offers the Financial Assistance project through the Des Moines Register that is administered by Community Action Agencies in the state and is only accessible during a certain time frame each year. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for consideration.
