Provides public services related to court proceedings and maintains records of all court records. This office receives, files, and maintains all of the documentation that comprises the official court record for the following case types: felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations, ordinance violations, civil, family, or paternity court cases, juvenile injunctions, restraining orders, and small claims court cases.
