Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau is the marketing department for the community of Lincoln with a mission to develop conferences, convention, and events that fill hotel rooms and increase Lincoln's economic base. The five areas of promotion are: convention, sporting events, general tourism, group motor-coach, and corporate.

Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development is a community-based, public-private collaboration that provides focused direction for Lincoln's economic development activities. The Partnership recognizes that the public and private sectors work best when they work together. Its goals are to attract high-impact industries, to nurture the environment for existing businesses, and to cultivate local entrepreneurial development.

Lincoln's Specialty Care promotes and encourages referrals to Lincoln hospitals and specialists from areas in Nebraska and Kansas that do not have specialized medical services available to their community. Services include: medical education for physicians and healthcare providers in outreach communities, Lincoln physician's directory; newsletters focusing on Lincoln's facilities, specialists, facilities and new technology/procedures; website featuring facility and physician information; information, which includes a special list of reduced-rate hotels/motels, for patients and families traveling to Lincoln for medical care.
