Offers a free clinic that provides illness or minor injury care, well child exams, sports, school and employment physicals, immunizations, chronic disease management, diabetes, blood glucose and high blood pressure testing and patient assistance program enrollment. Chiropractic Care is offered the 4th Monday of each month. Physical Therapy is offered on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Specialist referrals for services not available at the clinic are made for all patients. Appointments for patients without insurance and/or limited income are made through Hope Medical Outreach Coalition volunteer physicians and facilities.

Homemaker assistance is available to families experiencing disruptions due to illness or disability, offering support with meal preparation, child care, and housekeeping. Environmental health services and information on communicable diseases are also provided. Services are open to the public..

Services include annual exams for men and women, sports and school physicals, well-baby visits, a diaper bank for families that have earned points to receive diapers and wipes, childhood and adult immunizations, wellness care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension and HIV/AIDS), health insurance counseling, sexually transmitted disease and treatment, birth control options, pregnancy testing and mental health evaluations.
